Weird message when loading page.

Got something weird. This appears when I load a page sometimes.

The rest of the page loads fine just this appears first and stay around, sitting under the 8Bit Theatre headline. It only happens sometimes too.

Just chiming in, got it too. Seems to have only happened on the main page, but it does happen every time I load it.

It's a coding error. It means that that bit of code is meant to cycle through a list of something and that the variable holding the list went kaput somehow. Possibly that it might just be empty. It's been a while since I did PHP, so not 100% on the error message source.
