MadCow IRC bot help.
I've been on the FFWiki IRC a lot since my break from NPF and there was a unique feature of it that I quickly became enamored with: MasterTonberry, aka Kitty, aka the resident IRC bot. It was based on MadCow and had some nice and useful features that really helped people display information and have fun.
Sadly, MasterTonberry has gone offline and I suspect his maintainer, Adola, died in front of his computer, alone and unloved, his account forever on the channel, inactive. So I decided to take it upon myself to bring a new IRC bot to the table: SacredMinotaur, which will respond to pretty much anything related to the GF Brothers. The problem is it's written in Python, which is fine, since Python has good documentation and I'm not actually programming it anyway (yet, since MadCow is extensible). The only thing is I can't get the bloody thing to run! I've downloaded two versions of the thing and twitzed with both of them, managed to get MadCow recognized as a module, even, somehow, but the instructions that came with it are crap and I can find zero help online. This thing is already on version 2 and, short of emailing the author, my ideas are expended. Is there anyone less Python-retarded than me who can offer help?
