Zombie Movies
I'm putting together a comprehensive list of awesome (or so bad its good) zombie movies to select amongst for a zombie movie night. Can you guys help me out?
We can count out the Romero flicks, Shaun of the Dead, and Zombieland. Other than that, go nuts! |

28 Days Later, 28 Weeks Later, Braindead, Dawn of the Dead remake, Dead Snow, Fido, I Am Legend, Planet Terror, Re-Animator, REC (the original Spanish version), and Slither. Dead Set is a miniseries, but it's great, and if this a few months away, The Walking Dead should be out by then.

Me and my friends actually had a zombie movie night not too long ago. The following are what we saw, and they were all good additions.
Night of the Living Dead Dawn of the Dead 1978 Return of the Living Dead Day of the Dead 28 Days Later 28 Weeks Later Dead Snow Zombieland Now, besides the obvious ones on that list I strongly recomend Return of the Living Dead and Dead Snow. Those two movies are both great fun. e: Also, why not watch the pilot episode of The Walking Dead -series.

Mr. Bookworm already hit Braindead, which was all I was going to recommend, seeing as you've taken Night of the Living Dead as given. However, I was going to call it "Dead Alive," since that's probably the name you'll find it under if you go to one of those now mythical places known as video rental stores.

The Crazies was pretty good, haven't seen the original. Might come under Romero movies I guess except the remake had nothing to do with him...
