PSN recommendations"
I have some disposable income at the moment, so I was wondering if you guys who also partake of Sony have any suggestions for me to dispose of my income on.
I have both a PSP and PS3 and price really isn't an issue, but I am really wanting suggestions for games that are online only. I am kinda averse to purchasing virtual goods when I can go to a store and own a physical copy. Just so no one suggests them I currently own: PS3 Games: Scott Pilgrim Versus the World Turtles in Time Rag Doll Kung Fu Bionic Commando Re-armed Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Gauntlet 2 Savage Moon 1942 Dual Strike Megaman 9 PAIN Infamous Dead Nation PSP Games: Mod Nation Racers Pursuit Force PSone Classics: Spyro the Dragon Wild Arms Wild Arms 2 Suikoden R-Types Final Fantasy VII Final Fantasy VIII Resident Evil 2 Alundra Front Mission 3 Legend of Mana

I'm pretty sure Vagrant Story is on PSN. If it is, you should get it. Especially if you haven't played it before. I'll go ahead and suggest FFIX as well, though part of me feels like if you don't have it despite having FFVII and FFVIII, you probably aren't interested in it.

Moon Diver, The internet will hate you forever if you don't so much as even consider buying it, and it's only $15 too.

Don't you mean Moon Diver, or am I thinking of something else?
If you mean Moon Diver, I must throw my hat in the opposite corner, as I found it a tedious, frustrating, unoriginal sidescrolling action game, and there are better sidescrolling action games you could be buying.

Yes and meh, to each his own.
Megaman 10 is also nice title to check out if you liked MM9.

Pixel Junk Shooter was fun, and Pixel Junk Shooter 2, judging from the first world, is fun and hard. Consider either if you have a buddy to play local co-op with.

Everyday Shooter or Super Stardust HD if you want a twin-stick shooter. Fat Princess is pretty great though I don't know how well the online community is holding up lately. flOw or Flower are great for just zoning out and enjoying life. And the only reason Symphony of the Night should not be on that list is if you already own it on a different platform (And that's a mediocre excuse at best. You can always have more SotN). Other Stuff The Pixel Junk Monsters is an alright tower defense (though I'm sure there are better on the network) and PJ Eden is just weird (in a sort of good way. Try the demo, see for yourself). Critter Crunch is a neat puzzle game, as is Echo Chrome (once again, try the demos). |

Earthworm Jim HD. No school like the old school. Especially when the game is a class clown.
I second Vagrant Story. Just be prepared for a very "precise" game. Final Fantasy Tactics deserves a go through. Plants Vs Zombies if you haven't given in yet. |
