"TNMT, Sex & The City, Biker Mice From Mars, Big Bang Theory" or "Groups Of Four"
Basically a rehash of this thread. It's got the original links and everything, people can still follow it, but with new sitcoms and whatnot, I hope that this thread is a rousing success.
Lemme 'splain: I dun get out much, living in a (really, really) small town without a driver's license and a steady blood/alcohol level of something that'll melt a breathalizer leaves me with little to do but walk to my local liquour store and browse the internet. And go to school. And get a really tasty steak burger at that little place on Main. But that's beside the point. My sister and me mum control the TV, watching CSI, CSINY, CSINY, Law And Order, Law And Order Special Freinds and Law And Order Justice League. I don't know, I watch Doctor Who. The point is that I don't watch TV and get most of my movies via box set 'cause I dun like pirating. Even when I wear the eye patch. The peg leg is a bit of a miss, though, and the parrot just makes fun of me. I do get most of what I like offa the YouTubes. Music, game advice and TV shows are all available for those who know how to look. (I know how to look.) But I've recently become hooked on The Big Bang Theory. (It occurs to me that I'm rambling, but most of the guys at my bar call it 'charm.') Anyway, TBBT has a group of four, the same way (and the same characterization as stuff like TMNT and Biker Mice) (But with less ninjas(and biker mice)) many other TV shows do, and while applying traits that you like about yourself to your favorite TV character is all well and good, I want to pose you to do something else. I want you to pick your least favorite out of a "group of four" show. Or any show. Gargoyles, Power Rangers, whatever. Any show that you like, that you loved as a kid (Monsters Inc.) is on the table; you just have to choose the character that you're least comfortable with because everything else is done to death. For me, it's Vinnie, from Biker Mice. Reboot is also acceptable fodder. Last edited by Seil; 01-10-2012 at 02:59 AM. |

I actually have no idea why I'm talking about DBZ
Krillin was kind of a loser, all things considered. Of the group of Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, and himself, he was not useful, badass, OR plucky.
EDIT: Actually DBZ is maybe a group of five show for most of its (good) run once Vegeta became an antihero. Vegeta is the Raphael of the group. Really this just makes Krillin fit in even less. I'm not even going to parse the whole Trunks etc. shit because that is just like, okay, it's Gohan but not, and also those seasons weren't that great (in a show that wasn't already that great except when you're a kid).

Biker Mice From Mars was a group of three.
