Ripping Youtube a New one
Videos that is!
...wait, that didn't sound this bad in my head... Anyway... this again. So i have this extension for Chrome that lets me rip videos from youtube, which is good when i want to see a big video later on, or if i want to try some editing and stuff... but some videos... it just doesn't work. Funny enough, it's on the ones i REALLY want. So, anybody knows of some alternative method for doing that? Can be on any format. I'll just convert it anyway... |

Smaller the better
Try "ANY VIDEO CONVERTER" it can download any video it has a direct HTTP address to.

damn it. Neither worked, plus the other 3 i tried! It seems to be some sort of issue with this one video! Because i can do it easily with everything else...
Well, i guess i'll have to find another way. |

Its free. But it doesn't work with all browsers. IE mostly, and occasionally Firefox. Just right click a YouTube in progress & choose save. It allows some conversion, but the paid version offers more options. You can also save as a MP3, which is a cheap way to turn YouTubes into music.

With Chrome, I use both Youtube Options and Ultimate Youtube Downloader, neither has failed me once.

i'm honestly convinced it's some problem with the video itself, nothing worked on it! Not one damn thing... and it's just this one video. And now some bullshit program changed my Chrome main page to search.conduit.com even after i deleted the thing and tried to change it back to google ¬¬
