The Dreadful -- Chapter 6
Chapter Six has finally begun!
And we start off with Judge Catherine reciting poetry*. Because, why not? Cryptic meanings are always fun, because it gives people a chance to theorize over stuff. Wow.
You may sort of bash yourself for what you perceive as bad story telling, but I want you to know I really did not see Kit's sister this way. The whole comic Kit has basically had Poe on this can-do-no-wrong pedestal, and this basically brings her down to a much sleazier level. When Liz insinuated that maybe Poe is the one who shot Kit, I gave the theory a passing glance that lasted all of a second before I went "NOPE" based on what was shown of her so far. I didn't think she had it in her. Now, I wonder if Kit isn't just kind of delusional about her and that has made me consider her a suspect in the shooting again, and the whole idea is no longer just Liz being a bitch. Maybe she wasn't just trying to turn her against Poe. (Obviously, Liz has ulterior motives, but still)
