Hello Everyone!

I'd like you all to know that there has been an issue with the merchandise side of this site. As a harcore fan, I feel I should have a right to voice my opinion and what I say is true. I had bought a Black Mage T-Shirt more than a month ago. Needless to say I dished out the money and still the product has not been delievered. I have sent at least 10 emails (all documented for my records) about my order and NO ONE TO THIS DATE has replied to my emails. I feel that I should warn you all to beware of who you buy from because otherwise you'll get jacked like I did. Right now I feel as if they care more about money then their fans.

do you have your order number and stuff? if so we can help you. its probably one of those boxes sitting in the room that brian hasnt gotten around to shipping after getting distracted with Michael's funeral and all that an untimely death brings.

Ah, I just wished someone would have let me know >.< Sending email after email and getting no response kinda makes you start thinking. But anyways, I still have the online receipt in my email, the order number is 1083174751. Sorry I seemed a lil out there, I was disappointed about the whole thing. I can understand holding off due to a death, I just wanted to let me know which is why I am upset and angry over this. Thanks for your help and understanding.

I can understand, they are really bad with the whole email thing, i think they need to set up some more mail filters or something.

about the emails, I take the blame. Your mails most likely never got anywhere due to wrong configuration.

About the shirts, we're backordered but we'll be shipping a bunch of orders next week.

You however said that you ordered a black mage shirt. Changes are your shirt is already on it's way to you because we got our new BM shirts 2 weeks ago. I will, however, check with Brian and Sosa.

Okies, it's been over a week now and I still haven't received my shirt.... I am getting a tad bit aggravated at this since I did order the shirt WAY back on April 28, that is a bit ridiculous..... Almost two months now come on now....
