Inferno's arrival to the 8-bit theater world
Inferno, Bahamut's eldest son of 14 children, looks down off of the edge of his floating island home. his floating island is filled with trees and crystal clear lakes. at the center of his island in the clouds was an enormus palace dedecated to the dragonic race and his father Bahamut. This palace has great spires that reach to heven itself as they tower over the island's landscape. the brics that hold this palace together are made from the finest gold and silver known to man and the front gate to the palace is the purest platinum on the face of the planet.
Inferno himself stood about 6' 2", 6' 5" if you measured to the tip of his crimson red horns. his spikey hair is scarlet red, his face looks human except for his firey yellow eyes. he has a semi-muscular build with reletively normal features that appear human with the exception of his fingers ending in crimson claws and his feet being those of a dragon, as well as the crimson elbow spikes and knee spikes. his dragon tail is about 2 feet long and a brown monky tail also grew from him that wraped itself aroud his waist as sort of a belt to keep his tattered bluejean shorts, his only cloathing, from falling down. Inferno's dragonic wings were also scarlet like his hair, their span from one tip to the other tip is about 7 feet. Inferno's scaley skin was orange like the fire that burns within him. tied to his jeans is a katana sheathed in a flame red and ice blue sheath laidened with gold trim. Inferno took a deep breath and leaped off of his floating Island home diveing through the clouds to the earth below. he spread his wings and flew towards the town of Corneria where he would meet humans for the first time in his life. ( :fighter: :rmage: :thief: :bmage: maybe even running into these four if lucky enough) as Inferno approached Corneria his body was envelloped in flames from his high speed flight to the city. Inferno slowed his flight and with a flap of his wings the flames had dispersed. Inferno glided into town and landed near ye olde weapons shope. Inferno looked around for anyone to talk to to tell him where he had landed. |

"Lousy wand," Inferno turned just as a pale woman in blood-red robes brushed past angrily. Sensing the stranger's stare, the woman turned around, glaring at him with fierce, golden eyes.
"What?" said the woman, eyes blazing with fury, "have you also come to harrass an honest dark mage with your 'delightful' objects of fantasy and obvious distaste?" she demanded at the creature, her hands tingling with dark sparks of magic. The draconic figure looked slightly taken aback at the abrupt outburst. |

Inferno: oh, no madam, I came to explore this world below the clouds. see I come from a floating island inhabited entirely by dragons and I came here to learn about humans personally. allow me to introduce myself, I am prince Inferno, eldest son of Bahamut and the second bourn of his fourteen half dragon children. umm... could you tell me what town I have landed in? I'm not that familiar with the human world and I kind of need directions to the dragon embasy. eh heh... *sweatdrop*
Inferno smiled at the red robed woman hoping that she wouldn't hurt him for what he said. |

The woman paused a moment before replying, eyeing a mage in a blue robe and a shadowy face attempt to inflict more than the maximum stab wounds onto a pitiful guard. Damned undergraduate, she cursed :bmage: silently.
Turning back to Inferno, she replied just as icily, "This place (may it be damned by hell itself) is called Corneria. Where you have landed, there are pickpockets and scammers everywhere. Where I just came from," she indicated the charred ruins of a magic store (not cheap magic!), "is a place of so vile intent that I had to blast it to oblivion, taking many innocent lives in the process." All this came out in a nonchalant explanation. "You will find nothing of interest here," she added bitterly. "Uhm... do you have a name, human?" Inferno dared to ask the smouldering black mage. The woman looked slightly distracted. "What? Oh. sorry, was still thinking of their nice screams while they burned," she said. She stuck out a hand, which was gloved with some dark material, "I am called Myrra. You are supposed to shake my hand," she added acidly when Inferno looked confused.

Inferno shook the black mage's hand and smiled at her a bit uneased by her dark spirit.
Inferno: oh, a pleasure to meet you Myrra. um, actually I wasn't entirely honest with you earlier about my reason for being here. you see my father sent me here to find the four light warriors of legend, he wants to see them in person and he has a quest for them to take. have you seen any of them? Inferno removes a sketch from his pocket and hands her the slip of papper with the sketches of the four light warriors. :fighter: :bmage: :thief: :rmage: Inferno: If you could tell me where any of them might be I would appreciate it very much miss Myrra. |

"Hmm... one of them is a dropout in dark wizarding, hell-bent on killing everybody in the entire world. Another is a stat freak, constantly attempting to change his abilities. The third has the maturity of a 5 year old, and a brain smaller than the size of a pea, and the last one is a thieving, lying bastard who has signed the others' souls to be legally bound to him forever. Yep, I've seen them. They won't be of much help, though," Myrra said, her acidic tone never lessening (well... she wouldn't be a black mage if she wasn't that crabby, would she?). Seeing Inferno's confused look, she added, in a softer tone (she's feeling sorry for him... but just a little) "They're in the vague and general direction of north. You will either find them in trouble from a random encounter, or trying to backstab each other with words and long knives. Personally, I wouldn't bother finding them. They do things by pure luck," Myrra made a disgusted sound, "that, and that all of them a morons with no common sense. Oh," she added, "and watch out for a white mage with a faithful follower with the name of Black Belt. They are tricky folk that are always spying on the four you wish to run after." Without saying anymore, she left the confused Inferno to search for and obliterate any survivors that crawled out of the wand shop she had just left.

Cy had been in the weapon shop next door, gazing at the masterfully crafted blade that he held in his hand. As he gazed at it, a small smirk formed on the corners of his mouth as he looked at the man behind the counter with his grey-blue eyes, "I'll take it" he said a bit happily and payed the man and slowly slid it into its scabbard, slowly moving the leather belt around his chest to safley secure it on there and slowly slid his shield into place. He was an elf from a small forest nearby, not much was left of his old village, but thats for later. He stands at 5' 7" with jet black hair to his shoulders and warm grey-blue eyes, he wore a long black hooded cloak that went to his ankles and black chainmail and simple pants and weather worn boots of long travel that could be seen in them.
As he turns on his heel to leave a loud thundering explosion comes from next door. Cy slowly creaks the old wooden door open and gazes out into the sunlight to see a red robed mage storming away furiously. He held back his laughter at the sight, nothing could have been more amusing than a furious mage nuking a magic store that sold junk anyways. As he slowly stepped out he gazed at the half dragon and sighed, another one, just what he needed, he had a bad past with dragons and wasnt ready to trust them. As she left him for the smoldering ash of the magic store, Cy slowly crept his way over to her and sighed, gazed down at the smoking ashes and then looking at the mage, "nicely done I have to say, how many did you kill?" he said humerously as he sat down on a large piece of wall that was left behind. |

Not finding anything odd about the way Cy said it, she answered nonchalantly, “I had to break the storekeeper’s leg to keep him from fleeing his shop, but I estimated about oh, 50. No wait, 51,” she added as she spotted a survivor and made him burst into screaming flames. She sighed, “Ahhh, now that’s much better.” Anger released, Myrra turned her smouldering amber glare on the stranger that addressed her. She immediately recognised the elven blood coursing through the creature’s veins. She flicked a stray wisp of deep red hair from her pale, finely chiselled face. The dark hair shone with dark inner grace and beauty, sinisterly glowing red in the light of the sun. Standing tall and proud, she eyed the elf in front of her, her eyes the same level as the elf’s.
The elf stuck out a hand. “The name’s Cy. I’m passing through,” he said in a conversational manner. Myrra took the hand roughly. “Myrra.” Her flat tone ended the conversation that could’ve started. Then, without turning around, she flicked out a hand and wiped out another survivor of her nuke, causing a bit of still-standing plasterboard to collapse on the helpless victim. “That makes 52, I’m guessing?” Cy said. “Glad to see you can do your maths,” Myrra replied dryly, “but I think it’s time for me to leave. I ‘think’ I’ve attracted a little bit of attention,” she added when some guards started showing up.

Will was walking towards some shops to borrow some items he would need when he saw a group of guards preparing to arest a woman who had apparently blown up the magic shop. Better make sure the don't drop anything. as he walked over he saw that there were more people besides the black mage (as he guessed by her manner) there was a guy with a sword and a guy who looked to be half dragonic. He walked over there and began relieving the guards of there weopons "so they could walk freely." he was already used to working silently. he had, had to do so since he was young because his parents had not wanted a scrawney baby as he was still so because of that he had needed to find a Job better suited to his phisyic. he maneged to empty most of the guards belonging and was begining to walk away.

Myrra faced a couple of red-faced guards, and watched without emotion as a thin man slipped behind the guards to relieve them of their weapons. She grinned as he winked at her before walking away. Peh, serves the bastards right, her mind revelled. She was feeling destructive again, but quelled her fiery desire. Instead, she just threw a thunderbolt in their general direction before striding off.
