Ice Bar.
Reading this today on Yahoo news, I am amused. It looks so uncomfortable to have to wear boots and a cape given to you just to get inside of a bar made of ice that'll last only 6 months.
Ice, Ice, Baby.

What can I say? Human innovation at work. Seems a little silly to me though :p

Interesting concept, but being a tropical creature I'd never want to have a drink there, and I really can't imagine who would.

That is awesome! I've always wanted to go somewhere like the Ice Hotel or something. Soooo cool. It's extremely pretty, and 23 degrees isn't that bad as long as you're wearing pants and a coat. (or their cape and boots. It wouldn't be much different than when you are given ski boots and a ski jacket when you go skiing, but it would be much more comfortable.)
It'd be like being in a building made entirely of crystal. ^^ I think it would be beautiful.

Sounds great. It'd be fantastic to walk into one of these in the middle of June and laugh at the people sweating their butts off outside.

And Ice Bar...Sounds pretty cool to me. I'd like to go there.
I've also heard of an Ice Church and an Ice Castle. Both which exist here in Finland. Haven't been to the Castle, cause it's up at a distant town, but the Church is right in the next city (which also happens to be the capital) so there I've been. It's really beautiful. I recomend these "icy" places to all of you!

That looks awesome and why complain about the cold? Its a bar, just order something strong and you'll warm up in no time.

NOT on Probation!

...Except for the fact you're not actually warming up, you're merely constricting your blood vessels so as to create the illusion of warmth.
