What exactly are the lyrics to "modern major imbecile?" It's all very unclear audiowise. Anyone care to take a crack at what it is?

For those who don't know, that song was a take-off on the song Modern Major General from the operetta The Pirates of Penzance. It's really very funny, and it makes fun of English military officers.
