What Happened to Spells and Whistles?

I haven't been able to get through to their URL for a couple of weeks now. Is it temporary? Is he gone? Was there an abrupt move?

He hung up his artist's pen for a while. He has a family to support and he tried to live off his site before it was popular enough. Maybe someday he will be back.

Yeah, and when his collaboration with Erik McCurdy, Suzie View, failed to impress the comic syndacators after six months, the two of them decided to pull the plug. That was kind of the last straw for him, and he decided to set aside his artisting tools for a while and focus on other things.

Many people are hoping and awaiting the day he returns to the realm of comics, for we already miss the Tubesteak Samurai.
