Doesn't Thief seem a bit overpowered lately?

Seriously. He's always been into his tricks and contract powers, but he always kind of stayed on the Light Warriors' side, if only for the rewards involved. Lately, though, he seems to have abandoned all pretense of helpfulness...

And it seems as if he's suddenly become omnipotent. I mean, seriously. He can forge airship stubs in the amount of time it takes someone to stop talking. He pulled off the whole ice business schtick. He can steal souls. Doesn't this seem a little much, honestly? I half-expect him to take Sarda for a fool, next.

Nah, he's just gone kinda crazy since that whole "all my unimaginable wealth has been destroyed in a instant" thing. I think he's just overreacting. So what, he lost the large collection of loot that he had accumulated over the last couple of years, and it was large enough to build him his own planet thrice the size of the earth made up of gold silver and artifacts, big deal. I lost my DS for a few hours and it was way more devastating.

Anyway I can see he's going to try and reclaim that large sum of money anyway possible within a very short time, possibly even robbing the entire city blind, most definitely screwing his fellow lightwarriors over.

Thief was always the coolest of the light warriors, WM and BB included. The fact that he can steal, forge, and trick anything and anyone isn't anything new. remember the lich's soul! So he does seem overpowered a bit, but not just lately. And furthermore, Thief isn't amazingly good in a fight. They're all overpowered - Hadoken, Ice Nine, and Fighter's ultimate Zodiac Kenshido are good examples...
